Tulle is a net-like fabric that comes in different types and stiffness such as: very soft to slightly stiffer and firmer and harder tulle. Tulle can be used to make dresses, skirts, suits, skirts, tops & evening and party fashion. Tulle cannot be ironed, drying in the dryer is not possible and you cannot wash tulle.
