What is Viscose Jersey?

Viscose Jersey combines the fluidity and softness of viscose with the stretch properties of a knitted construction. The fabric has a beautiful, flowing drape that gently accentuates the body without feeling tight. Viscose is a semi-synthetic fibre made from cellulose, usually wood pulp, giving it a pleasant, almost silky feel on the skin.

Wash instructions

Hand wash or delicate/viscose programme at 30°C. Do not spin. Hang to dry, do not wring, as viscose stretches when wet. Lightly iron on the inside at low temperature.

Practical Tip

Viscose Jersey is vulnerable when wet. Always take care when washing and drying. Combine with a light lining for garments that need to retain their shape.
