What is French Terry?

French Terry is a knitted fabric quality with a smooth, soft right side and loose loops on the inside. These loops provide comfortable, light insulation. The fabric is lighter than terry cloth and is widely used in casualwear, sportswear and children’s clothing. French Terry is comfortable to wear and retains its shape well.

Wash instructions

Washable at 40°C. Wash inside out to reduce pilling. Can be tumble dried at low temperature. Ironing is not necessary.

Practical Tip

Use French Terry with elastane, such as 95/5 CO/EL, for sporty, well-fitting garments. Pure cotton French Terry is ideal for loose-fitting, comfortable hoodies.
