lovely satin

For this version, i used this lovely satin from Nooteboom Textiles which I think pairs perfectly with the pattern. I really wanna get myself a brown turtle neck which I think would pair really really nicely with this for the fall season.

Enter my new favorite lounge shorts 🩳

I wanted a quick and easy project for something comfy as lounge pants too. It took me 2 hours to cut and sew and I’m so happy with the results.
I really wanna make a matching jumper now to complete the look but I have to find the right pattern, so the search begins 😄

Recreating a Sézane top✨

With this lovely embroidered cotton fabric and not a lot of time, I created something pretty darn cute. The fabric comes from Nooteboom Textiles. Super happy with the result ✨✨

My first project from my batik fabrics list 💃🏽

For my first project I chose to make the #hallondress

It’s a really lovely pattern and a super easy make. It came together in a matter of hours ✨ I still have to figure out the bra situation but for not this body suit works for me to keep the girls in place. I really need some sun to let this dress live its best life 😍

Recreating a Sézane top✨

I fell in love with this Sézane top that came across my Pinterest and needed to recreate it.

With this lovely embroidered cotton fabric and not a lot of time, I created something pretty darn cute.

fantastic top ❤️

For my fabric I used this remnant piece of cotton satin from Nooteboom Textiles which I had used to make a shirt last year. This fabric has a tiny bit of stretch about 3% elastane which I think makes jf a bit less fitted that it is designed to be.I don’t feel the need to wear a bra with it which I was happily surprised by. I will definitely wanna make more in new colours to a t as a layering piece for the future.
Congrats once again to Madeline on this fantastic top ❤️

Perfect for chilling on Terschelling 🏝️

I saw a pair on Pinterest and needed to recreate them.

I’m using a lovely chocolate linen from Nooteboom Textiles

Me 🤝Butano button up

I have had a vision of a striped button up shirt with an embroidery patch for years now! I actually have been collecting stripped cottons to eventually make my vision come to life but just never had the chance to sit and actually bring it to life. Enter the Nooteboom Textiles summer collection.

Dreaming🤩

Dreaming of when I was living my best life in Thailand, in one of the most comfortable and versatile me made garms 🤩

I made JEANS👖

Pants in general are a struggle for me and I am so excited that I was able to make these in basically a day.

I love the orange hue of the denim and after seeing stienmakes make some her pants using the same fabric in the pink colour way, I knew I had to copy her.

I love my jeans and I’m so happy I made them ✨✨

It looks good😄

I have had my eye on the fridaypatterncompany #pogonippullover since it was released but wasn’t convinced it was the pattern for me. It looked great on the models and the more posts I saw the more I was convinced.

Happy Valentine’s Day loves 💋

Made the cutest flirty dress using one of my favorite patterns.
I paired the pattern with this gorgeous fabric from Nooteboom Textiles✨

The wide leg pant of my dreams 🌸

So I’m a lazy gyal and I love a lazy gyal pant. For me that is a wide leg elastic pant. Ive made a pair before with a different pattern but I wasn’t too happy with the fit and wasn’t ready to make the necessary adjustments.
I don’t have my notes to check what size I made but it fits perfectly and it works so well with this gorgeous stripped linen from Nooteboom Textiles.

I packed soo much linen based clothes and I’m not mad. The fabric is really lovely but it is a little it by on the skin.
I shall be making these again and I’m very excited for it 🫶🏽

First make of the year

To me it was the perfect fabric choice to make a not so fancy looking slip dress as most slips tend to be.

I made the XL which fits fine although there is some gaping in the bust that I’m not loving. My fabric comes from Nooteboom Textiles and is a lovely yellow cotton gingham. Brought me a lot of joy

I have a little bit of fabric left over so I may be able to squeeze out a pair of shorts
