Poncho time 🏖️
A poncho is a real holiday essential! I made this one from stretch terrycloth in various colors and used muslin lining to absorb water. At the kids' request, I made it a bit longer than the pattern suggests, so they can snuggle up in it with their knees. It's also an ideal pattern for color blocking!

Oh how I love spring, the beautiful bright colours, smells and sunshine!
I made a jacket for spring in a quilted quilted cotton that feels very soft and flowing on the outside. Nice to wear and ideal in terms of thickness for the cooler spring mornings!
Underneath I wear a top that is just a little bit different from the standard top because of the back and the cheerful colours.
Let summer begin! 🌊
This outfit totally gives me the summer vibes. A loose fit without being too oversized. And then that surf-vibes print with the beautiful sea blue of the shorts 🩵

Before I went to the showroom of @nooteboomtextiles I already looked at the website with the kids.
This print of a toucan and flowers was Lize's immediate favorite. It took her way too long before the dress was ready 😉
And because she liked this print so much I also made a legging with a shirt in the purple of the print. The matching flower patch was a lucky bonus!
